Rapid Stroke Capability In A Rugged Aluminum Casing
The Type 6500 aluminum volume booster is a high-flow 1:1 signal-to-output pneumatic relay designed to improve the response speed and throttling performance of large pneumatic valve actuators. By significantly increasing air flow capacity, the Type 6500 helps achieve faster stroke times and more precise control in demanding valve automation applications.
Suitable for use with both diaphragm and piston actuators, this aluminum volume booster delivers stable, repeatable performance across a wide range of actuator sizes. A fixed deadband combined with an adjustable bypass valve allows fine downstream pressure adjustments without opening the main booster valve. The bypass adjustment enables precise tuning of the dynamic response, ensuring smooth and stable operation under varying process conditions.
