Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the order. Items must be in unused, resalable condition (new and in original packaging), except for warranty claims. Mistakes in ordering or cancellations post-shipment will incur round-trip freight charges and a restocking fee of 25% or more.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number before shipping. Returns without an RMA Number will not be accepted. Ensure packages are clearly labeled with the RMA Number and include the Returned Merchandise Authorization Form. Items returned without proper documentation will be subject to a restocking fee of 30% or more. Note that special order items may have a restocking fee of 30% or more or may not be returnable.

Complete our RMA form at the bottom of this page or contact our sales department at 888-825-8800 to initiate the RMA process. For warranty evaluations, please provide the following information:

- ValveMan order or invoice number

- Item number

- Lot, model, or serial number

- Description of the issue

- Solution/product it was being used with

- Indoor or outdoor application

- Amount of time in use before failure

- Photos or video of the defect/complaint

Made-To-Order (MTO) Items

Custom items, such as custom hose assemblies, or those labeled as “Non-Cancellable,” “Non-Refundable,” and/or “Non-Returnable,” are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturer defect or the item is under warranty.

Warranty Claims

Items under warranty must be returned freight prepaid as per the RMA instructions. Upon inspection and approval of the warranty claim, a replacement, repair, or credit will be issued at the discretion of ValveMan or the manufacturer.
