    Apollo 3 Way Valves

    The purpose of a 3-way valve is to change or divert the direction of media flow, as in from (or to) one destination or another. Ball valves make it all possible, and Apollo 3-way ball valves are the perfect choice. Flow can be stopped in one pipe, while allowed in another. Some 3-way valves can also be used as mixing valves. In fact, the the application range of 3-way valves is practically limitless. The following  four 3-way configured ball valves available from Apollo.

    Apollo 70-600

    Apollo 70-600 Series - 3 Way, Diversion, Bronze, Reduced-Port, NPT, Ball Valve

    The Apollo 70-60 valve series have a bronze, 2-piece body utilizing NPT threaded connections. Features include a bow-out proof B16 Brass Stem, a B16 Brass Gland Nut, MPTFE Stem Packing, and a reinforced RPTFE stem bearing. In addition, these 2-eay valves also have  a chrome plated B16 brass ball and PTFE Seals. For sizes 1/4" to 1" sizes, use a B16 brass retainer, and for 1.25" to 2" use a B584-C84400 retainer. Note that both the lever and lever nut are Zinc plated steel with a yellow vinyl cover.

     

    Apollo 70-900

    Apollo 70-900 Series - 3 Way, Bronze, Soldered End, Ball Valve

    Virtually the same as the Apollo 70-600 Series, the Apollo 70-900  differs in its easy-to-install soldered end connections. These valves have 2-piece housings, a standard port, and a chrome-plated B16 Brass ball, a Zinc-plated steel lever nut, and a yellow vinyl handle grip. These valves have a maximum working pressure of 400 psig and a maximum temperature of 500°F. In addition, the Apollo 70-900 works extremely well as diversion valves. 

     

     

    Apollo 76-600

    Apollo 76-600 Series - 3 Way, Stainless Steel, Full-Port, NPT, Ball Valve

    With its investment cast stainless steel body, this Apollo 3-way valve meets both NACE MRO175 and MRO103 (2000 and 2012, respectively) standards. It has FNPT threaded connections and a Full Port. It's maximum working pressure is 800 psig CWP with a working temperature between 0-400°F. They also have MPTFE stem packing, RPTFE stem bearing and seats, and an A276-316 blow-out proof stem and nut.

     

     

    Apollo 77-648-27

    2" Apollo 77-648-27 - Three way, Full-Port, Diversion, Ball Valve

    These bronze full port, 3-way diversion valves feature ISO 5211 (F07) 4-bolt mounting for actuators and includes blow-out proof stainless steel stems with MPTFE stem packing and seats. The offer an adjustable packing gland (ASTM B16) with a stainless steel stop, locking latch lever, and nut and ball. The connections are NPT threaded and the retainer material is ASTM B584 C84400. The Apollo 77-648-27 is rated for both Gas and Liquids.
