    Introducing Apollo Safety Relief Valves

Apollo is a name synonymous with quality, and that very quality is built into the Apollo  safety relief valves line. Water boilers and similar equipment must have an escape route for excess pressure in case something within the system fails. As a relief valve is the last line of defense for anything under pressure, it simply cannot fail. Better buy Apollo.

    Apollo Safety Relief Valves

Sometimes known as pressure relief valves, or pressure relief valves, safety relief valves are designed to open at a predetermined pressure, providing a path of least resistance for a medium )like water, steam, or gas) that has exceeded the pressure rating of a system. Apollo offers a variety of safety relief valves from which to choose. Here are three examples. All are made in the United States.

    • Apollo Model 10-321 Series ASME Hot Water Safety Relief Valve: Features a durable brass body, non-stick EPDM seat, stainless steel spring, and an ASME-required test lifting lever. It utilizes a 3/4" MNPT inlet x 3/4" FNPT outlet connection. Designed to ASME Section IV standards for hot water heating boilers, it offers factory set pressures from 30 to 60 psig at operating temperatures up to 250°F.
    • Apollo 10-400 Series Bronze Safety Relief Valve: Featuring a high-capacity cast bronze body and steel lifting lever, this series provides reliable ASME Section IV protection for hot water boilers and hydronic heating systems. Available with NPT threaded connections, it handles set pressures from 15 to 160 psig at temperatures up to 250°F, making it a proven workhorse for commercial and residential applications.
    • Apollo 10-608-05 Bronze ASME Hot Water Safety Relief Valve: Designed for large commercial and industrial hot water boilers, this 2" inlet valve features a diaphragm-isolated spring chamber that prevents fluid contact with the alloy steel spring. Certified under ASME Section IV, it delivers high-volume relief capacity with set pressures from 15 to 160 psig (1.0 to 11.0 bar) at temperatures up to 250°F.
