Constant Pressure Modulating Valve for Hygienic Processing

The FB5CPM is an air loaded sanitary constant pressure modulating valve that maintains pressure on the inlet side of hygienic processing systems. Remotely adjustable via a panel mounted air regulator, PLC or I-P transducer, you can change setpoints without manual intervention. In operation the valve modulates flow by detecting the inlet (back) pressure; when the pressure exceeds the setpoint the diaphragm moves to open the valve and relieve pressure. When the pressure drops below the setpoint the valve closes to restore the desired level. Its stainless steel construction and FDA approved sanitary materials make it CIP/SIP process and HTST/UHT pasteurization, heat exchangers, pump pressure control. This design is reliable and repeatable and will give you consistent process conditions in food, beverage, dairy and health and beauty industries and easy integration into automated control systems.
