Constant Pressure Modulating Valve for Hygienic Processing

The FB6CPM is an air loaded sanitary constant pressure modulating valve designed to control downstream pressure in sanitary environments. Adjustable from a cabinet air regulator, PLC or I-P transducer, no manual adjustments are required. The valve works by sensing the downstream pressure; as the pressure approaches the setpoint the diaphragm moves the plug towards closure to maintain the set pressure. If the downstream pressure drops below the setpoint the plug opens to allow more flow to stabilize the conditions. Made from high quality stainless steel and FDA approved materials the FB6CPM is perfect for CIP/SIP cycles and applications such as HTST/UHT pasteurization, heat exchangers and separator equipment. Robust and responsive design will handle varying process conditions in food, beverage, dairy and health and beauty industries and will perform consistently and reliably even in changing conditions.
