Superior quality and design is a lofty claim, but Noshok can make it with confidence. Expecting excellence in valves from a company that has designed and produced precision measurement instrumentation for the last 30 years should take no stretch of your imagination.  Since 1967, when Noshok was one of very few American companies able to offer liquid-filled pressure gauges, they have stood behind their innovative products with extended warranties, setting the standard for the competition.

Today Noshok produces needle and manifold valves in a variety of sizes, designs, configurations, and purposes, including--but not limited to--mini valves, multiport valves (both hard and soft seat), 2-way hard seat needle valves, 2-way soft seat needle valves, multiport gauge valves, and block & bleed valves.  But, of all the fine products manufactured by Noshok, the needle valve is probably the most revered, and the work horse of the lot. Needle valves are perfect for exacting, minute adjustments in flow control.  No other valve design offers an equivalent of fine tuning only a needle valve can provide.  You only need to review the details of a few examples to appreciate the level of performance Noshok delivers.

Noshok Hard Seat Needle Valves

• Noshok Series 100 Brass, Hard Seat Mini Needle Valve: Available in 1/8" starting size, this mini valve incorporates a body composed of 360 brass, enabling its 6,000psi rating at a temperature of 200°F. Stem and seal are 316 stainless steel, and uses an FKM "O" ring, PTFE or Grafoil packing, and PTFE back-up ring below the stem threads. Less than 0.6lbs, this needle valve is offered with several connection choices, a flow coefficient of CV 0.42, and a checkered-grip for finite flow adjustments.
• Noshok 101-FFC Zinc-Nickle Plated Steel Hard Seat Mini Needle Valve: Zinc-nickle plated steel body handles pressures up to 10,000psi at 200°F. Approximately 0.5lbs, this valve includes a 316 stainless steel stem, FKM "O" ring, PTFE back-up ring, and PTFE or Grafoil packing. T-style handle offers easy and accurate adjustments.
• Noshok Series 100 Stainless Steel Hard Seat Mini Needle Valve: Electropolished 316 stainless steel body easily handles up to 10, 000psi at temperatures up to 200°F.Features a 316 steel stem and the same "O" ring, back-up ring, and packing as the aforementioned models.  Rolled stem threads and a T-style handle for easy adjustments.

Each of these hard seat mini valves are offered with panel mounting, "O" ring materials, packing, regulating stem, stem tips, and handles.  Each valve features a patented body-to-bonnet/metal-to-metal seal specially designed to increase pressure range. Connection types offered in NPT threaded, male-to-male, male-to-female, female-to-female, in-line, and angled configurations.  All valves are 100% helium leak tested for guaranteed, no leak performance. Orifice size equals 0.172"; weight approximately 0.5lbs; flow coefficients equal to CV 0.42.
